Christmas Eve, Hazel was Mary, Milly the angel, Rawl a shepherd, the wiseman, and Joseph all rolled into one.  Riley the donkey, Mom the photographer.

Magical Christmas moments, in a season when they all believe in Santa, aches with joy inside, how I love to be an elf, and Mrs. Claus~

Before Santa gets here, Elf Riley magically cleans out the disgusting hairs which had fallen out of his electric shaver months ago, and had been on my last nerve for a while, he tidies the drawer, and wipes out the hairs.  (PHEW!) My idea, his service.

We can’t forget about Mom, and she wakes up at 4:00 to treat herself to a clean kitchen, including the top of the fridge!

We can’t forget about Riley, he had some Christmas morning ideas of his own….

Got a last minute idea to let Milly learn about service, we let her out of the room to finish her ‘monster’ doll.

STOCKINGS:

Rawl is  delighted beyond measure to get a tape measure!!  And “SANTA brought me an ORANGE!  I LIKE it!

SANTA:

I will never forget the silent wonder Milly had when walking into the room and viewing Santa’s spread.  She fairly tip toed in the room and peeped in with  child-like stillness.

Milly was HIGHLY disappointed when a reindeer kidnapped Bethany, but delighted when she was returned with a new dress and a stroller.  She is taking her for a fabulous spin!

CAN’T FORGET THE BREAKFAST:  DELICIOUS!!!!! YUM YUM YUM, Riley puts avocados and cream cheese in my omlet!

We develped a tradition where Riley makes us breakfast and this we ate before opening presents!

Aunt Gwenda was also an elf, and Rawl loved the hand me down train set.

Hazel also loves Bethany and the stroller!  And Garage sell 10 cents ‘doggy’!

Rawl isn’t so sure about this monster doll, so Milly quickly comes in to explain.

Its truly almost worth getting this hideous long sought for jumpsuit for this winning smile and laugh!

Riley melts my heart by transforming  Rawl’s non enthusiastic response from my long hour home made horse, into a wonderful high adventure horse race.  They both ride horseys down the hall!!! High Ho Silver!
